Elmo: A Bathing Ape will release two tee’s in May and they are quite different from their usual stuff. I kind of like it … that’s probably the reason I post it. Would I wear them myself though? I don’t know about that.

Elmo My first time at a Uniqlo store was last Dec. when I was in NYC and i loved it straight from the start. To me the quality of their products is really really good and the fitting is just right. I think I spend about 300 to 400 bucks over their.
Now Uniqlo has come up with a very interesting project called Uniqlo’s Designer Invitation Campaign. Basically it’s the same thing H&M does ones a year, doing a collabo with well known designer. But it happens to be that Uniqlo doesn’t count on big and already known fashion gurus but rather on less known but still very talented designer. In a time span of about a month four designer will drop their collections for the Japanese brand. The start is on March 9th with Steve Alan and Opening Ceremony followed by Shipley & Hamos and Gilded Age on April 13th.

Elmo: As you all know, at least the peeps who read this blog on a regular basis, I’m on the search for some proper shoes. I’ve been looking for some kind of boot or boat shoe.
I think I now found what I’ve been looking for: The Red Wing Wabasha Chukka Boot. I really like their looks and the material is superb. I was looking into Red Wing boots back in NYC last Dec. but didn’t like the “thick” sole on them. On the Chukka the sole is just about right.
To bad these are made exclusively for the Japanese market. If anyone knows to get them here in Europe or on the net. Please let me know. I’ll appreciate it.
Shout out to Micheal Williams for putting these beauties on the net.
